1. Introduction
This website, https://fig-1507.com (the “Site”), and the Fig. 1507 brand are owned and operated by S.C. WILLDIET S.R.L., with its registered office in Bucharest, Romania, Lt. Virgil Lazarovici 28, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/1376/2017, sole registration code (CIF) 37024599, telephone +40 742 613 358, email antonia@fig-1507.com (“Fig. 1507”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Site and the booking of any workshop, session or other service offered through it. By accessing, browsing or using the Site — and in particular by placing a booking or creating an account — you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy & Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.
The following defined terms are used in this document:
• Site: the online site owned by S.C. WILLDIET S.R.L. (https://fig-1507.com), through which the User can access information about, and book, the services offered by Fig. 1507.
• User: any person who accesses the Site, for private or professional reasons, and who has accepted the Terms & Conditions involved in using the Site, providing the data needed to create an account or complete a booking.
• Services: the therapeutic art and ceramics workshops and sessions offered by Fig. 1507, whether delivered online (for example via Google Meet) or in person in Bucharest.
• Abusive use: use of the Site contrary to standard usage practices and to applicable law, or in any other way that could harm S.C. WILLDIET S.R.L.
2. The Services
Fig. 1507 offers therapeutic art and ceramics workshops and related sessions. Some Services are delivered live online (for example, weekly online drawing sessions via Google Meet); others take place in person, in a studio in Bucharest, and may require a minimum number of participants and a date arranged together with you.
A purchase made through the Site is a booking for a workshop, session or session pass — not the purchase of a shippable physical good. Each workshop page describes the format, duration, price, what is included, and any conditions (such as minimum group size or the need to agree a date). We make reasonable efforts to describe the Services accurately, but photographs, illustrations and descriptions are for general information and may vary slightly from the actual experience.
3. Bookings and Orders
Acceptance of a booking placed on the Site is subject to completion of the ordering procedure, expressed through the successive steps the User must follow to validate the order. Any order validated by the User is made in accordance with these general terms and constitutes acceptance of all their clauses.
After you place a booking, we will send a confirmation email summarising your order (Service, price, quantity, and any relevant details). By placing a booking, you formally accept the use of email to receive confirmation of the content of your order from S.C. WILLDIET S.R.L. Where applicable, invoices are available in the “My Account” section of the Site.
For online workshops, a joining link (for example a Google Meet link) is sent by email after registration. For in-person and on-request workshops, we will contact you to agree the date and any practical arrangements. A booking is confirmed only once you have received our confirmation email.
4. Prices
All prices are displayed on the Site in Romanian lei (RON / “lei”) and are the prices in force at the time you place your booking. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes do not affect bookings already confirmed. Any taxes applicable under Romanian law are reflected in the displayed price where required.
New customers may benefit from a 10% discount on their first order. To receive this discount, the new customer must subscribe to the Fig. 1507 newsletter through any sign-up form that includes the promotional text “10% off your first order” in its heading. A unique discount code will then be sent to the email address provided.
5. Payment
Payments can be made online by debit/credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex), online via Apple Pay, or online via Google Pay.
Payment is secured by our partner Stripe, recognised for its high security standards. Payments are processed through a secure, redirected page connected to Stripe. Your card data is encrypted, so that Fig. 1507 has no access to your banking details.
If you wish to pay with a gift card, simply go to the cart and enter the gift-card code in the relevant field. If the order value exceeds the value of the gift card, please select an additional payment method to cover the remaining amount. If the value of the gift card exceeds the order value, you may use the same code for your next purchase; the remaining balance stays available until it is fully used.
6. Right of Withdrawal, Cancellation and Rescheduling
Under Romanian and EU consumer law (Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, transposing Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. However, certain important exceptions apply to our Services:
• Workshops with a set date or period: the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for leisure and cultural activities that are provided on a specific date or during a specific period (Art. 16 lit. l of OUG 34/2014). This includes workshops and sessions booked for a particular date or time slot.
• Fully performed services: if a Service has been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance is complete, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
• Digital content: where a Service consists of digital content supplied online (for example, on-demand materials), the right of withdrawal is lost once access has been provided with your prior express consent.
Because we want our practice to feel welcoming, we operate a fair cancellation and rescheduling policy in addition to your legal rights:
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at antonia@fig-1507.com as early as possible.
• For cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled online session, we will offer a reschedule to another available session or, where the legal right of withdrawal applies, a refund.
• For in-person and on-request group workshops, cancellation and rescheduling terms are agreed with you at the time of booking, given the preparation involved.
• If we have to cancel or reschedule a Service (for example, if a minimum group size is not reached), we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund of the amount paid for that Service.
7. Confidentiality
S.C. WILLDIET S.R.L. complies with applicable data-protection law. We do not sell, rent or disclose your personal data to third parties for their own marketing, and we use your data only as described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy — principally to operate and deliver your bookings and to communicate with you. We do not send SPAM. How we collect, use, store and protect your personal data, the legal bases we rely on, and your rights under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) are set out in full in that policy.
8. Disclaimer
Fig. 1507 offers therapeutic and creative activities for wellbeing and self-exploration. Our workshops are not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment or any form of clinical or emergency mental-health service. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health crisis, please seek qualified professional help. You take part in our Services voluntarily and are responsible for your own wellbeing during them.
This Site does not guarantee in any way: (a) the accuracy or completeness of the information or materials it contains (including factual, typographical and technical errors); (b) the fitness for use of any trademarks, works or materials protected by intellectual-property rights and belonging to third parties; (c) the presence or absence of any viruses that third parties may attach to this Site without our knowledge or consent; (d) any software that may be downloaded, copied or used in any way from this Site; (e) the usefulness of the content of this Site, in whole or in part. By accessing, visiting or using this Site in any way, you agree not to hold the company, nor any third parties involved in creating, producing or delivering this Site, liable. You are directly responsible for the consequences of any actions you take based on the information contained in this Site.
9. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All materials published on this Site belong to S.C. WILLDIET S.R.L. These materials may not be copied or reproduced, except when viewed online. Downloading and copying materials is permitted only for personal, non-commercial purposes. For any other type of use — publishing, advertising, graphic or any other use — please contact antonia@fig-1507.com.
By accessing the Site online, Users agree to comply with the terms and conditions set out in this section and with the laws they are subject to. All Users are asked to read these Terms & Conditions carefully; the terms below are considered the minimum applicable rules of use. Use of the Site is governed by the laws in force in Romania.
10. User Obligations
You agree to use the Site lawfully and in good faith, to provide accurate information when booking or creating an account, and to keep your account credentials secure. You agree not to engage in any abusive use of the Site, not to disrupt its operation or security, and to treat facilitators and other participants with respect during our Services. We may suspend or refuse access, or cancel a booking, in cases of abusive use or breach of these Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fig. 1507 is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of the Site, from technical errors, or from the interruption or unavailability of the Site or of third-party services (such as payment processing, video conferencing or email delivery). Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Romanian law.
12. Changes to these Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be amended by updating the Site; the new terms take effect as soon as they are published and available to all Users. No other terms and conditions are accepted on this Site other than those published here, except where expressly permitted and accepted by S.C. WILLDIET S.R.L. following a request sent to antonia@fig-1507.com. Bookings already confirmed are governed by the Terms in force at the time of booking.
13. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern, please contact us first at antonia@fig-1507.com — we aim to resolve issues amicably. As a consumer in Romania, you may also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro). For online purchases, the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts.
